Argos is proud to announce its collaboration with Danis Construction and A.A. Pittman and Sons on the new additions to the Vicar’s Landing Retirement Community in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Our team in Jacksonville is actively involved in this project, and we’re thrilled to contribute to the growth and improvement of this wonderful community.
Construction is well underway, and we have already completed several key buildings, including a new clubhouse, gatehouse, and generator building. Additionally, two apartment buildings have been successfully finished, with a third currently in progress. These new structures are set to enhance the living experience for the residents of Vicar’s Landing.
One of the notable features of these new buildings is the use of 5000 psi podium slabs. These slabs have been carefully designed to reduce sound transmission, provide extra insulation, and lower overall construction costs. By incorporating these specialized slabs, we are creating a quieter and more comfortable environment for the community members while optimizing construction efficiency.
Being a part of this project has been a fantastic experience for our team. We have witnessed the transformation of the Vicar’s Landing Retirement Community and have been honored to contribute to its expansion and improvement. Seeing the completed buildings and the positive impact they have on the residents is truly rewarding.
