The construction team is repurposing a 105,000-square foot office park with 9.7 acres of unused parking space to create a vibrant, five-story multi-family community and retail area. We are partnering with Precision Concrete to transform this underutilized space into a modern living environment and reduce the environmental impact associated with new construction.
